In his past career Mr. Bartolo held the position of Vice President for T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and Vice President & Portfolio Manager at T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. (Investment Management) (a subsidiary of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.) and Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Bartolo received an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
