He is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of B&C Associates, Inc. and Secretary & Chief Technology Officer at Two Way TV (US), Inc. Mr. Brown is also President of International BookSmart Foundation, Member of the University of California, Berkeley and Member of Rotary Club of Westlake Village Sunrise and on the board of 10 other companies.

In the past Mr. Brown held the position of Senior Vice President-Corporate Development for Biothera, Inc., Chief Financial Officer at Maven Media Holdings, Inc., Vice President-Corporate Development at Serologicals Corp., Senior Vice President-Corporate Development of Andrx Corp. and Accountant at General Motors Corp.
