Richard M.

Previously, he served as an Independent Director at Transamerica Financial Life Insurance Co. from 2015 to 2017.
Prior to that, he worked at Salomon Brothers, Inc. from 1979 to 1997 as the Managing Director & Head-Thrift Coverage Group.
He also held the position of Managing Director & Head-Health Care Group at ING Baring Furman Selz LLC from 1997 to 1999.
Mr. Schapiro completed his undergraduate degree at Case Western Reserve University in 1977.
He then obtained a graduate degree from New York Law School in 1980.
Additionally, he earned an MBA from Zicklin School of Business and Baruch College in 1980.
