Previously, he worked for Liberty Global, one of the largest investors in Europe in the telecom and media sectors.
During his time at Liberty Global, he worked on a number of transactions, including the acquisition of Virgin Media (UK) for USD 24 bn and the acquisition of Ziggo (NL) for EUR10 bn.
He worked in the investment banking division of the Royal Bank of Scotland in London, where he completed M&A and Equity Capital Markets transactions for EUR 4 billion.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of EI Towers and of some companies of the ReLife Group.
He holds a degree in Economics from Cattolica University in Milan and a post-graduate Master in Finance and Management from Cranfield University (UK).
