Currently, Oren Shirazi occupies the position of Chief Financial Officer & Senior VP-Finance at Tower Semiconductor Ltd.

He is also on the board of Jazz Semiconductor, Inc. and Tower Semiconductor Newport Beach, Inc.

In his past career he was Audit Manager at Ratzkovski Fried & Co.

Mr. Shirazi received an MBA and an undergraduate degree from the University of Haifa.
