In the past Mr. Schwegmann was Senior Brand Manager-International at August Storck KG, Vice President-Corporate Category at Hero AG, Head-Marketing at Mars GmbH, CEO & Country Managing Director at L'Oreal Suisse SA and Managing Director-Consumer Products Division at L’Oréal Österreich GmbH.

He received a graduate degree from the University of Bamberg and a graduate degree from the University of Bayreuth.
