Presently, Neil W. Greenspan is Chief Financial Officer of Greenlight Capital Re Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer for Greenlight Reinsurance Ltd. (a subsidiary of Greenlight Capital Re Ltd.).

He is also Member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Member of Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, Inc.

He previously held the position of Senior Vice President-Financial Reporting at Validus AS, Chief Accounting Officer at Montpelier Group and Vice President-Accounting at ACE Financial Solutions International Ltd.

He received an MBA and a graduate degree from Northeastern University and an undergraduate degree from Bucknell University.
