Nashira W. Layade occupies the position of Co-CTO & Executive VP-Business Services at Realogy Holdings Corp.

Ms. Layade previously held the position of Director-Information Security at Prudential Financial, Inc., Executive Director-Information Security at Time Warner, Inc., Head-Global at Bloomberg LP and Vice President for Citibank, Inc. (New York).

Ms. Layade received a graduate degree from New York University Tandon School of Engineering and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
