Pilipino Telephone Corporation (Piltel) is the second largest cellular mobile telephone service (CMTS) provider in the Philippines as measured by the number of subscribers. Piltel also provided fixed line telephone services until June 2008 when it transferred its fixed line business to Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT).
