Mohammad Badrul Hassan is the founder of Bangladesh Building Systems Ltd.
(founded in 2003) and holds the title of Non-Executive Director.
He is currently the Chairman of Ahsan Foundation, Director of International Chamber of Commerce Malaysia, Managing Director & Director of BBS Cables Plc (since 2021), and Director of Bbs Metallurgic Industries Ltd., Xiamen Reflective Insulation Ltd., Prithvi Engineers Ltd., BBS Developers Ltd., Total Knit Composite Ltd., Speed Builders & Engineers Ltd., Helix Wire & Cables Industries Ltd., Bbs Infrastructure Ltd., Bbs Distributions Ltd., Bbs Readymix Ltd., Bbs Cables Unit-2 Ltd., Bbs Ready-Mix Concreat Ltd., BBS Media Ltd., Klover Cloud Bangladesh Ltd., Indigo Marble & Granite Ltd., and BBS Electric Industries Ltd.

He has a graduate degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology and undergraduate degrees from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (conferral date in 1997) and Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
