Presently, Michèle Lesieur occupies the position of Chairman of Intrasense SA. Ms. Lesieur is also on the board of EOS Imaging SA, Intelligent Ultrasound Group Plc and Prodways Group SA.

In her past career Ms. Lesieur occupied the position of Chairman of Philips Healthcare (France), Head at Philips Systèmes Medicaux-SAS, Chairman-Management Board & CEO at SuperSonic Imagine SA and Chief Executive Officer of Philips France SAS.

Ms. Lesieur received a graduate degree from Université de Paris XI Paris Sud and a graduate degree from Institut d'Optique Graduate School.
