Michael W. Bowling is Chairman of AT&T Mexico, Inc.

He is also on the board of Makara Strategic Acquisition Corp. and Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt University.

In his past career he was Vice President-Marketing for AT&T, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Vrio Corp.

Mr. Bowling received an undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky.
