II.

He is also on the board of Good Sports, Friends of the Israel Defense Forces, AeroFlexx LLC and Innventure Fund.

In his past career Mr. Balkin was Partner at Magnetar Capital LLC, Chief Investment Officer at Magnetar Investment Management LLC and Partner & Manager at William Blair Small Cap Growth Fund.
