Currently, Meng Rui holds the position of Vice President at Hong Kong Association of Financial Engineers. Dr. Rui is also Chairman-Finance Parkland at China Europe International Business School, Member of American Accounting Association, Member of American Finance Association, Financial Risk Manager at Global Association of Risk Professionals, Member of Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute and Member of International Financial Management Association and on the board of 7 other companies.

In his past career Dr. Rui was Member of Financial Management Association, Inc., Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Deputy Director-China Accounting & Finance Center at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Meng Rui received an undergraduate degree from the University of International Relations, a graduate degree from Oklahoma State University and a doctorate and an MBA from the University of Houston.
