She previously held the position of Vice President of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Group Director-Human Resources at Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd.

She received a doctorate from Northwest A&F University and a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from Ocean University of China.
