Presently, Maxim Stanislavovich Oreshkin holds the position of Chairman at CSKA Football Club and Chairman of Pervyi Kanal OAO. Mr. Oreshkin is also on the board of Sberbank Russia PJSC, Rosneft Oil Co., State Development Corp. VEB.RF and Rosneftegaz JSC.

He previously was Minister-Economic Development at Government of Russia and Director-Long Term Strategic Planning at Russia Ministry of Finance (a subsidiary of Government of Russia), Head-Analytical Unit at Crédit Agricole CIB ZAO and Chief Economist at VTB Capital JSC (Broker).

He received a graduate degree from Higher School of Economics and a graduate degree from Higher School of Economics.
