Mary Louise Little was the founder of Mirasol Resources Ltd.
(founded in 2003) where she held the title of President, Chief Executive Officer & Director until 2014.
She is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer at Perihelion, Inc. (since 2014), an Independent Director at Tinka Resources Ltd.
(since 2016), an Independent Director at Capella Minerals Ltd.
(since 2018), an Independent Director at Sandstorm Gold Ltd.
(since 2014), and a Director at Pure Energy Minerals Ltd.
(since 2015).
In her former positions, she worked as a Country Manager at Cyprus Amax Minerals Co. and WMC Ltd., served as President of The Denver Region Exploration Geologist's Society, and was a Country Manager at Newmont Exploration Ltd.
She also served as a Trustee at the Society of Economic Geologists Canada Foundation from 2010 to 2014.
Ms. Little completed her undergraduate studies at Franklin & Marshall College, obtained an MBA from The University of Colorado, and completed graduate studies at the University of California.
