Martin is a Managing Director responsible for Actis’ Human Resources function, which co-ordinates and manages all people-related initiatives across the firm globally.
As part of his role, he leads the teams that cover resourcing, learning and development, HR operations, performance and reward management as well as inclusion & diversity and internal communications.
Before joining Actis in November 2021, Martin worked in various HR leadership roles in UK/Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
He brings over 20 years’ advisory experience in financial services gained in global and culturally diverse organisations such as Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Nomura and GE.
Martin is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Masters Degree in Organisation Studies, a BA in Organisational Behaviour, and a Masters Degree Personnel & Development.
