Currently, Marleen Vaesen occupies the position of Chief Executive Officer at UNIVEG Belgie NV.

She is also on the board of Van de Velde NV (former Chief Executive Officer, MD & Executive Director), Kinepolis Group NV, De Eik NV and Mahindra Univeg Pvt Ltd. and Member of Industrieraad van Vlaanderen.

In her past career Ms. Vaesen occupied the position of CEO & Non-Independent Executive Director at Greenyard NV, Senior Vice President for Sara LEE Coffee & TEA Belgium and Marketing Director-Europe at Procter & Gamble Belgium Bvba.

She received an MBA from The University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
