Presently, Mark Gregory Gosine holds the position of Secretary at Metamaterial Exchangeco, Inc. and Secretary for Meta Materials, Inc., Secretary for Metamaterial, Inc. (a subsidiary of Meta Materials, Inc.). Mr. Gosine is also Member of The Canadian Bar Association, Member of Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and Member of Canadian Corporate Counsel Association and on the board of 16 other companies.

He previously occupied the position of Secretary, EVP-Legal Affairs & General Counsel at WildBrain Ltd. and Co-Managing Director & Director at Copyright Promotions Licensing Group GmbH (a subsidiary of WildBrain Ltd.).

Mark Gregory Gosine received a graduate degree from Dalhousie University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Saint Mary.
