(LA), President & Director at Sino Mining International Ltd., President & Chief Executive Officer at Minmetals, Inc., Vice President for China Minmetals Non-Ferrous Metals Co., Ltd. and Executive Director & President-Aluminum Division at MMG Ltd.

He received an undergraduate degree from Beijing Union University.
