Presently, Justin Gibson holds the position of Chief Audit Executive & Executive Vice President at First Republic Bank (San Francisco, California). Mr. Gibson is also on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area and Partnership For Children & Youth.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
