Currently, Jonathan T. Runyan is Secretary & General Counsel of Okta, Inc. Mr. Runyan is also on the board of The Business Software Alliance, Inc. and Okta UK Ltd.

Mr. Runyan previously was Partner & Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, Associate for Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian LLP and Member of Hastings Law Journal.

He received an MBA from Yale School of Management, a graduate degree from the University of California, Hastings and an undergraduate degree from San Diego State University.
