Founder of VOXX International Corp. and VOXX Electronics Corp., John J. Shalam is Chairman of VOXX International Corp. and Chairman for VOXX Electronics Corp. (a subsidiary of VOXX International Corp.).

He is also on the board of the University of Pennsylvania, Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and Ben Franklin Society and Member of Alpha Epsilon PI Fraternity, Inc. and Member of Wharton Club of New York.

He previously occupied the position of Board-Industry Leaders at The Consumer Technology Association, Chief Executive Officer of Audiovox Communications Corp. and President & Director at Old Westbury Horsemen's Foundation.

Mr. Shalam received an undergraduate degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
