Presently, Jason Franklin Hynes occupies the position of Vice President-Business Development & Strategy at Royal Gold, Inc. Mr. Hynes is also on the board of Prosper Gold Corp.

In his past career he was Vice President-Corporate Development for Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. and Director of Global Metals & Mining Group at National Bank Financial, Inc.

Mr. Hynes received an undergraduate degree from Queen's University and an MBA from Rotman School of Management.
