He is also on the board of HYALTECH Ltd. and Fci Sud Ltd. and Head-Human Resources & Operations at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG.

He previously held the position of Managing Director at France Chirurgie Instrumentation SAS and Head-Sales & Marketing at Global Healthcare Exchange Europe GmbH.

Mr. De Cler received an undergraduate degree from Nyenrode Business Universiteit and an MBA from the University of Oregon.
