Presently, Jacob Kotzubei occupies the position of Partner at Platinum Equity Advisors LLC and Partner at Platinum Equity LLC (a subsidiary of Platinum Equity Advisors LLC). Mr. Kotzubei is also Partner at Platinum Equity LLC and on the board of 5 other companies.

In the past Mr. Kotzubei occupied the position of Director at Verra Mobility Corp., Attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Member of Columbia Law Review, Chairman of Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., Vice President-Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Member of New York State Bar Association.

He received an undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and a graduate degree from Columbia Law School.
