Isabelle Deschamps holds the position of Chief Legal & External Affairs Officer at Rio Tinto Plc and Chief Legal & Governance Officer at Rio Tinto Ltd. Ms. Deschamps is also Member of Québec Bar Assoication and Member of The Law Society.

Ms. Deschamps previously occupied the position of General Counsel of Akzo Nobel NV, Company Secretary of Nestlé Holdings (UK) Plc and Company Secretary of Nestlé UK Ltd.

She received a graduate degree from the University of Montreal Law School.
