Presently, Hsien Ming Khoo holds the position of Managing Director at Upp Power (Myanmar) Ltd. and President-Investments & Power Generation at Avarga Ltd.

He is also on the board of UPP Recycled Fibre (M) Sdn. Bhd. and UPP Pulp & Paper (M) Sdn. Bhd.

In his past career Mr. Khoo was President-Investments at Upp Capital (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Khoo received an undergraduate degree from the University of Melbourne.
