Mr. Zhang is also on the board of Semiconductor Equipment & Materials International, Beijing Jingyuntong Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing NAURA Microelectronics Equipment Co., Ltd. and Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment Co., Ltd.

In his past career he occupied the position of Executive Vice President for NAURA Technology Group Co., Ltd.
