Currently, Gerald Alan Risk occupies the position of Vice Chairman & Treasurer at The Nueva School. Mr. Risk is also on the board of Sunrun, Inc. and QMC Telecom International Holdings LLC and Limited Partner at Mammoth Equity Partners LLC.

In his past career he held the position of Vice Chairman for Asurion LLC, Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Principal at Hambrecht & Quist LLC.

Mr. Risk received an undergraduate degree from Queen's University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
