Presently, Frank Westhoff occupies the position of Chairman for DZ Bank Ireland Plc. Mr. Westhoff is also on the board of Commerzbank AG.

In his past career he occupied the position of Director-Southern Region at Deutsche Bank AG and Chief Risk Officer of DZ BANK AG Vice Chairman-Supervisory Board at DVB Bank SE and Chairman-Supervisory Board for DZ HYP AG (both are subsidiaries of DZ BANK AG).

Frank Westhoff received an undergraduate degree from Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
