Presently, Francesco Costadura occupies the position of Executive Vice President-Human Resources at RTL Group SA.

In the past Mr. Costadura was Managing Director at CLT-UFA SA, Managing Director at arvato AG and Managing Director at AOL Europe SARL.

Mr. Costadura received an undergraduate degree from the University of Karlsruhe and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
