Ericka Leslie is the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer.

She serves as Co-Chair of the Partnership Committee, Firmwide New Activity Committee and Firmwide Operational Risk and Resilience Committee. Ms. Leslie is a member of the Management Committee and the Enterprise Risk Committee.

She is also a firmwide champion for Launch With GS, Goldman Sachs’ commitment to invest in companies and investment managers with diverse leadership. Prior to her current role, Ms. Leslie was the Global Head of Operations and Platform Engineering for the Global Markets Division.
