Currently, Da Feng Shi is Vice President-Finance for Daqo Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Shi is also on the board of Daqo New Energy Corp. and Xinjiang Daqo New Energy Co., Ltd.

Mr. Shi received a graduate degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an undergraduate degree from Correspondence Institute of The Party School of C.C of C.P.C.
