Currently, Crystal Gao occupies the position of Chief Financial Officer for Lightspeed China Partners. Ms. Gao is also on the board of Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd. and Member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

She received an MBA from Saunders College of Business and a graduate degree from The Leonard N Stern School of Business.
