He is also on the board of Actron Technology Corp., Trend Laser Technology Co. Ltd., TaiMed Biologics, Inc. and Mithra Biotechnology, Inc. and Professor at Soochow University.

Mr. Liu previously held the position of Chairman at Ruentex Group and Chairman of Ruentex Development Co., Ltd.

Mr. Liu received a graduate degree from the University of Tamkang.
