Chin Tsai Lin is on the board of RDC Semiconductor Co. Ltd.

Mr. Lin previously occupied the position of Chief Financial Officer of Wistron Corp., Director at Browave Corp., Managing Director at Union Bank of Switzerland, President at Ta Chong Bank Ltd. and Vice President of Bank of America, NA (Taiwan Branch).

He received an undergraduate degree from National Chung Hsing University and an MBA from National Taiwan University.
