Chi Hong Kwan founded Bamboos Health Care Holdings Ltd. Mr. Kwan is President & Director at Hong Kong Health Care Federation. Mr. Kwan is also on the board of Bamboos Education – School for Talents, BExcellent Group Holdings Ltd., Janco Holdings Ltd. and Stream Ideas Group Ltd.

Mr. Kwan previously held the position of Chairman & Compliance Officer at Bamboos Health Care Holdings Ltd. and Chairman for Bamboos Ltd.

Mr. Kwan received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from the University of Hong Kong and an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
