She previously held the position of Corporate Counsel at Electrolux AB, Senior Associate at Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå AB, Senior Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, Group General Counsel & Executive Vice President at Tele2 AB, General Counsel for Tetra Pak AB and Group General Counsel at SIDEL INTERNATIONAL AG.

Ms. Fellenius-Omnell received a graduate degree from the University of Stockholm and a graduate degree from College of Europe.
