C. Matthew Lusco is on the board of University of Mississippi Foundation and Chief Risk Officer & Senior Executive VP at Regions Bank, Chief Risk Officer & Senior Executive VP at Regions Financial Corp., Member of Monday Morning Quarterback Club and Member of Rotary Club of Birmingham.

Mr. Lusco previously occupied the position of President for The Ole Miss Alumni Association, Managing Partner-Birmingham & Memphis at KPMG LLP and Managing Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi.
