Brown is Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer & Executive VP for Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of Alexander & Baldwin Investments LLC (a subsidiary of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc.). Mr. Brown is also Member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc., Member of National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Inc. and Member of Illinois Certified Public Accountants Society.

In his past career he occupied the position of Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer at PREP Property Group, Inc., Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, CAO & EVP at IRC Retail Centers, Inc., Senior Vice President-Financial Reporting at Great Lakes REIT, Inc. and Member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Brown received an undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University.
