In the past Mr. Chen held the position of Managing Director-Hong Kong at Houlihan Lokey, Inc., Chief Executive Officer for BNP Paribas (China) Ltd., Director-Business Strategy at Deutsche Bank Corp. and General Manager-Chinese Business Operations at Trafigura Hong Kong Ltd.
