Balasubramanian Thiagarajan holds the position of Co-Managing Director & Executive Director at Blue Star Ltd. Mr. Thiagarajan is also on the board of Blue Star Design & Engineering Ltd. and Co-Chairman & National Agriculture Council at Confederation of Indian Industry.

In his past career he occupied the position of President of All India Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Association, President at Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Manufacturers Association and Chairman-State Council at Confederation of Indian Industry (Maharashtra).

Balasubramanian Thiagarajan received an undergraduate degree from Madurai Kamaraj University.
