Arthur Thomas McCarroll is Member of American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Member of Houston Geological Society and Vice President-Exploration of Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Corp.

He previously was Vice President-Exploration for Radiant Oil & Gas, Inc., Vice President of Patriot Exploration Co., Inc., Vice President for Cheyenne Petroleum Co. and Manager-Business Development at Santa Fe Energy Resources, Inc.

Mr. McCarroll received an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and a graduate degree from Stanford University.
