Amir Elstein is an Israeli businessperson who has been at the head of 5 different companies. Presently, he is Chairman for Tower Semiconductor Ltd. and Chairman of TowerJazz Japan Ltd. (a subsidiary of Tower Semiconductor Ltd.).

He is also on the board of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. and The Israel National Nanotechnology Initiative and Chairman at Israel Democracy Institute.

In the past Mr. Elstein held the position of Chairman for Israel Corp. Ltd., General Manager of Intel Electronics Ltd. and Chairman-Governors Board at Jerusalem College of Engineering.

Amir Elstein received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
