Mr. Fohrer previously was Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer & Executive VP at Edison International and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Southern California Edison Co. (a subsidiary of Edison International), President & Chief Executive Officer at Edison Mission Energy, Inc., Chairman for California Science Center Foundation and Member-Overseers Board at The Huntington Library, Art Collections & Botanical Gardens.

Mr. Fohrer received an MBA from California State University-Los Angeles and a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
