Currently, Abbe Luersman is Chief People Officer & Executive Vice President at Otis Worldwide Corp.

She is also on the board of The Netherlands American Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Network of Executive Women.

In the past Ms. Luersman was Chief Human Resources Officer at Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize NV and Chief Human Resources Officer of Royal Ahold NV (a subsidiary of Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize NV) and Head-Human Resources of Unilever NV.

Ms. Luersman received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from Miami University.
